Had a leak, called Keil, and they came the same day to resolve the issue. John was nice to answer all my layman’s questions.

Professional service from office staff and technician

No complaints with the scheduling of my service. However, Keil was not going to honor the last year of my 10 year warrenty on an A/C unit purchased from them. The compressor has been nothing but trouble for almost the entire period with a leak which they have tested and not found w/o me spending yet even more money to repair THEIR product. My service guy went to the mat for me since the cost of leakage test, coolant & an attempt to charge me for service were completely unfair. You can read between the lines on why that would happen. I hope his job is safe. I still have a leaking compressor unit and will unfortunately need coolant at least annually.

Mr. Yang is incredibly thorough and efficient and is extremely detailed. I request him for every service and am happy to wait a month just to ensure that he is my service man. He is simply the BEST!

Yang was on time (even early with a call from Joe before hand to make sure this was ok). He went over the services he was going to perform. He performed them thoroughly and then reviewed with me what had been done. I then received the receipt with everything in writing. He was courteous and professional!
