The annual furnace maintenance done by Keil is a worthwhile investment. The Keil technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and leave the house as neat as they found it. Can't go wrong with Keil

I have used Keil for my HVAC needs for almost 25 years. There service quality over the last 5 to 7 years has improved tremendously. Their personnel are efficient, explain what they are doing, and leave the work area spotless. Their service and equipment prices are reasonable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been with Keil for over 20 years and they have always been there for me, especially in emergencies. They have a wonderful crew of dedicated and knowledgeable technicians. And,you can always reach a person by phone.

Installation was done efficiently, Installers were very clean, and very professional overall top notch performance.

There has been a tremendous improvement in the quality of service from Keil over the past 10 years. A few years ago they replaced my furnace, and recently replaced my air conditioning unit. In both instances, the installation was great. Professional, well done, clean, and fast. Their service personnel are also terrific and very knowledgeable.

Received a call from office (Joe) and was advised that Service person (Randy) would be leaving and would be arriving in 15 minutes. This would be a few minutes past time frame originally quoted. Unfortunately, they arrived closed to an hour later. I had asked if everything was ok and was made aware of an emergency work that needed to be made. The office never contacted me make me aware. This in part through off my day. They also should have told me they were training someone and the job would have taken longer.
