KEIL registers every piece of equipment we install with the manufacturer of that product in order to obtain the longest, most comprehensive warranties and guarantees available to you. KEIL’s minimum labor guarantee is two years; Double that of any other HVAC company in your service area.

KEIL goes to great lengths to constantly track every system that has been installed in your home. Because of our diligence, we bring any manufacturer recalls or failures in equipment to your attention and work with the manufacturer to make all repairs at the lowest cost to you.

KEIL technicians and field staff are constantly expanding their knowledge and skills, with mandatory weekly technical and manufacturers training in our training center. With this regular training, KEIL can ensure that our technicians know exactly what needs to be done, safely and efficiently.

At KEIL we have a certificate of liability which includes a $3,000,000 umbrella policy per occurrence and $1,000,000 of coverage for workmen’s compensation insurance. What does all this mean for you? This certificate covers virtually any home we work in and provides the peace of mind of knowing that you are in a NO-RISK situation with KEIL.

Licensed for Permits & HVAC Certification

As of 2014 in the state of New Jersey, any HVAC work performed in a home must be done so by a licensed heating and cooling company in order to properly apply for municipal permits. KEIL is licensed to provide these permits. Without said permits (which some heating and cooling companies, shockingly, are not licensed to give) you could potentially owe thousands of dollars when it is time to sell your home.

The best part? KEIL does the leg work for you. For every installation that we perform, we apply for and acquire all of the required municipal permits. We work with you to assist in scheduling the inspections required by the townships, guaranteeing you a safe and proper installation. We only bill you for the permits once the job is complete and we charge only what the municipality asks for, nothing more.
