The last 2 men who have serviced the air conditioning have told me I need to get water from a spigot outside, Mine is broken and I cannot fix it. It may be better to use this spigot, but I can’t fix it. Either make a note in my file, or tell them they are not to make me feel guilty for not having it fixed (that is unless they would like to pay a plumber). I have always thought your service was excellent, but these comments make me feel uncomfortable. Did the service person do a good job, yes he did.
