Excellent service by a very polite and thorough gentleman.
Technician put on overshoes for cleanliness before entering house. Explained everything he did. Shut off the basement lights, reset the thermostat after asking me what temperature I would like and explained the invoice. Extremely polite.

AC tune up
Tech was very respectful, a little difficult to understand due to language difference, found a problem with compressor despite it running smoothly this summer. So my $119 bill ended up to be $322. Not happy about that!

Could have been better communication.
I have issues with Charlie, starting from when this appointment was made. I was glad to hear that Joe was back. I rated the service 3 stars out of 5 due to the scheduling part of the service. I can't say enough about Randy. He knows what to do, does it and I feel really comfortable knowing he's doing the service.
