The guys got here at 7:15 am- as I expected. They worked hard throughout the entire day -never took a break till 3:30- when they finished. They were careful carrying the water tank and furnace parts down the stairs and around tight corners and put down protective carpets to protect the wood floors.They were polite whenever asking me for anything. All this and there was no heat the whole day- it was 50 degrees! It’s still warming up in my house.
