John is extremely experienced and very conscientious in doing a thorough job and even sharing useful knowledge about the A/C system with the owner. He obviously enjoys his job and does not mind having to access difficult areas such as climbing through a small trap door in a closet ceiling. He did it easily and willingly! I recently had knee replacement surgery and John hosed down the outside units even though I had not been able to trim the shrubs as usual. He also cleaned the filter in the upstairs ceiling. He made sure everything was done properly and completely for me.

See above. It used to be that maintenance on two units would take hours but he was done in 45 minutes.
