Very nice work, the technician alertly found a potential serious leak in my expansion tank which, left unattended, would result some day in a massive leak and flooding of my basement. He collaborated well with me in evaluating another potential problem, a possible leak in a relief valve. We decided together that it was best to do nothing, observe the valve for a while to see if it leaked because the small leak he spotted may have been caused by a sudden pressure surge when he replaced the expansion tank. After a few days now, that seemed to be the cause of the leak as the valve has not leaked a drop now during normal operation for several days- a good decision we made together.

Dave and Sam came to remove the 28 yr old furnace and put a brand new gas furnace in its place with all new piping and parts. They were on time, courteous, professional, organized and did a GREAT job. Afterwards they had to bleed all the lines which took a while in this old house. Their attitude was positive and friendly. We've used Keil for probably most of the 65 years this house has been in existence. We rely on them and they have never let us down.

Mr. Yang was professional, courteous and took time to explain the costs involved for today's service. All actions that I very much appreciated.
