Randy was great! However, I had a coupon (new home owner) and was unable to apply that to the service bill. This was a little disappointing.

When I told him I had a hard time changing the filter he took the extra time to demonstrate how to. Mr. Yang was courteous and very professional. As far as my convenience I had to cancel my appointment the day before Barbara got me in the next day and was very nice about.

Mr Yang was extremely professional and thorough today for the annual maintenance of my furnace.

Hopefully, Yoon did AOK work again.

Yoon H is a great service man. Kind, understanding, expert service. A pleasure to have him help us. Since our health issues, which started last year when my husband became ill, it is I, the wife, who has had to deal with maintenance. Yoon and been wonderful.
