Tech arrived without calling as requested. Was also difficult to understand. Had to replace pvc union, I understood that $119 job was now $135 plus tax. Was billed at $135 for part plus labor plus the $119. Feel this is overcharge. Tech otherwise did inspection and filter change ok/
