Boiler replacement was completed well within the estimated time frame. Service personnel were professional and knowledgeable. After many years, I have never been disappointed.

The price was "probably" reasonable, at least compared to the price I paid 19 years ago for my last furnace, but KEIL could not (would not?) provide a breakout of parts vs. labor (plus warranty cost(s). Did not have time to shop around, so went with what they initially quoted. So "probably" reasonable, but no comparable available to gauge; hence the only 4-star rating on value of service below.

I was very happy with every aspect of this installation. The estimating technician was punctual arriving on time and did a very through analysis of the work to be done and a prompt estimate. The workers arrived on time both days and did a very neat and professional work .They finished up the job in the 2 days promised. I am actually looking forward to cold weather so we can turn the heat on!

Our furnace conked out in the evening and we had a technician in an hour. We had heat that night and it stopped working n the morning. We called for service and it was determined we needed a new unit. It was installed he next day.
