I can tell you that everything was done very good. The person was a gentleman and I was very satisfied with him.

You indicated my appointment was from 10:00 to 12:00. Got a call that William was on his way at 11:55. He didn't show up until 12:25. That is my only complaint.

Only drawback is the programmable thermostat. The 10 year old thermostat that was replaced had more options, easier to read and override when needed

I have always been pleased with the quality of service from the office staff to the qualified technician. Good value for the money, considerate, friendly answers any questions I may have, I especially appreciate the call to tell me the technician is on his way.

The two gentlemen who came out to install my new furnace were courteous and efficient. They actually came early, got right to work and finished at about the time they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and went over all the paperwork. The office workers were very friendly and easy to work with. They ordered the new furnace and it was installed all within three days.

Arrived promptly, installed new gas boiler and hot water heater in one day, tested system, left work area clean, explained how the new systems worked, available if we have questions/problems. All in all, very pleased. Would recommend.

Navrick just completed the yearly maintenance on my bolier. He was wonderful. Prompt, courteous, helpful, professional -- these are just a few of the words that describe him. Frankly, I am always a little hesitant to turn on my heating system each year. Navrick reassured me that everything was fine, and put my mind at ease. Also, kudos to Ed who scheduled my service. I called yesterday to set up an appointment, figuring it would be weeks before it would be possible for someone to come out to my home. Instead, he set me up for today's appointment. I am confident that I and my house will be warm, safe and efficient throughout the winter thanks to Navrick and his expertise.
