Navrick just completed the yearly maintenance on my bolier. He was wonderful. Prompt, courteous, helpful, professional -- these are just a few of the words that describe him. Frankly, I am always a little hesitant to turn on my heating system each year. Navrick reassured me that everything was fine, and put my mind at ease. Also, kudos to Ed who scheduled my service. I called yesterday to set up an appointment, figuring it would be weeks before it would be possible for someone to come out to my home. Instead, he set me up for today's appointment. I am confident that I and my house will be warm, safe and efficient throughout the winter thanks to Navrick and his expertise.

I asked your staff to bring a grate to replace a defective one you installed last Summer--No grate, now I have to commit another day off for the service call. Not good!
