I am so very grateful that I had contacted Keil for my airconditioning needs. Randy, the representative who had been sent to address my concerns, is a gentleman as well as a highly competent professional.

Service Employee seemed knowledgeable, was courteous and did his job in a efficient and neat manner - at the same time was amiable and willing to please. Keep in mind, it is difficult for a customer to make a judgement on the completed work since the customer usually has no expertise on the quality of the work. The final judgement depends upon whether or not I have to call you because the system has failed me. So far, Keil has stood by it's work for 10 years....I have NOT been disappointed!
