I can not give you an opinion on the quality of the work because I have not used my AC this year yet. I am a little disappointed in the service technician. I don't know it he is new and was nervous but trying to back into my driveway a two car garage, double wide driveway. He ran over the sprinkler head that was on the corner of my lot. It had a small American flag at that point, he ran over the flag and the sprinkler head. If there is any damage to the head and the association wants me to pay for it, I will send the bill to Keil. He was polite and kept the place clean.

We were very satisfied with the installation of our furnace and hot water heater. We thought all the zones were working. But after the men left, we were not getting heat on the second floor. We thought someone should come back to check it and we made an appointment for someone to come over the next day. As it turned out, it took over an hour for the heat to finally come up. All of the thermostats were installed without a problem. However, one was installed below the outline of the old thermostat showing the old paint. I do not know if the new thermostat could have been placed above the old paint since this didn’t happen any where else. I did make an appointment for someone to look at this.

WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE KEIL PROVIDES. THEY SERVICE BOTH OUR AC AND HEAT AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
