We were very satisfied with the installation of our furnace and hot water heater. We thought all the zones were working. But after the men left, we were not getting heat on the second floor. We thought someone should come back to check it and we made an appointment for someone to come over the next day. As it turned out, it took over an hour for the heat to finally come up. All of the thermostats were installed without a problem. However, one was installed below the outline of the old thermostat showing the old paint. I do not know if the new thermostat could have been placed above the old paint since this didn’t happen any where else. I did make an appointment for someone to look at this.

WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE KEIL PROVIDES. THEY SERVICE BOTH OUR AC AND HEAT AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

Yoon did an excellent job! He explained all the work preformed and made sure I did not have any questions before he left.

The technician got delayed a bit at his prior stop; and Keil corporate called me and advised me. I told Charles at corporate that I needed to leave by a specific time; and Charles told me that he would advise the technician to do the inside work first so that I could then lock the door and leave to do my errands while the technician did the outside work. The technician arrived and explained that he would do just that. He worked efficiently doing the inside work. And he was so pleasant. Then he brought me the iPad for me to sign. I did that and he advised me that I could leave and he would do the outside work. It all worked so well. And as always, the technician wore those special boots inside so as to not track in any moisture or dirt from outside. Keil service is excellent.
