It poured today - for hours! And the furnace and a/c installers did not even slow down. They arrived right on time, and worked through the day, not even stopping for lunch. They were drenched, but did not complain or even mention the rain. A pure pleasure having them work at our house.

The installer were the best

the Keil team(2 installers) worked well together. Each did his part. First they removed the old equipment(outside and inside). The compressor and the "coil" and the old sheet metal. They then installed the new A/C equipment in what appeared to be a well defined step by step procedure. After installation they tested the new A/C for leaks and for workability. After a series of testing a some fine tuning they asked us to start up the new A/C. Seemed to work well. Hot weather is coming! They cleaned up after and were pleasant throughout the install.

The techs all did a great job as they explained everything. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They told me around what time they would show up and what time the job was over so I could plan my day accordingly. They stuck to the times so again no issue. We have used Kiel many times and we have never had an issue. Replacing equipment is never cheap but again they are reasonable. We would recommend them to all of our friends and family in the future.

Knowing no CO, and 82.5% efficient very reassuring.
