The techs all did a great job as they explained everything. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They told me around what time they would show up and what time the job was over so I could plan my day accordingly. They stuck to the times so again no issue. We have used Kiel many times and we have never had an issue. Replacing equipment is never cheap but again they are reasonable. We would recommend them to all of our friends and family in the future.

Knowing no CO, and 82.5% efficient very reassuring.

I have exclusively used Keil for maintenance on my heating and central AC since I've owned my home. They have done full replacements on both the AC and most recently furnace. They are always on time, professional, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. I am fortunate to have such a reliable local company in my area.

Boiler replacement was completed well within the estimated time frame. Service personnel were professional and knowledgeable. After many years, I have never been disappointed.

The price was "probably" reasonable, at least compared to the price I paid 19 years ago for my last furnace, but KEIL could not (would not?) provide a breakout of parts vs. labor (plus warranty cost(s). Did not have time to shop around, so went with what they initially quoted. So "probably" reasonable, but no comparable available to gauge; hence the only 4-star rating on value of service below.
