Only drawback is the programmable thermostat. The 10 year old thermostat that was replaced had more options, easier to read and override when needed

The two gentlemen who came out to install my new furnace were courteous and efficient. They actually came early, got right to work and finished at about the time they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and went over all the paperwork. The office workers were very friendly and easy to work with. They ordered the new furnace and it was installed all within three days.

Arrived promptly, installed new gas boiler and hot water heater in one day, tested system, left work area clean, explained how the new systems worked, available if we have questions/problems. All in all, very pleased. Would recommend.
