AC tune up
Tech was very respectful, a little difficult to understand due to language difference, found a problem with compressor despite it running smoothly this summer. So my $119 bill ended up to be $322. Not happy about that!

Could have been better communication.
I have issues with Charlie, starting from when this appointment was made. I was glad to hear that Joe was back. I rated the service 3 stars out of 5 due to the scheduling part of the service. I can't say enough about Randy. He knows what to do, does it and I feel really comfortable knowing he's doing the service.

Fast and courteous
Our A/C unit froze out and Keil sent over someone for diagnostic service right away. Turned out we needed a new unit. Had replacement scheduled for the next day. They were here when they said they would be and replaced the unit quickly. Very friendly as well.
