Excellent technician
The installation of our new a/c condenser and coil was a positive experience. The technicians arrived on time and completed the job within the timeframe they laid out before they began. The work was done in a very professional, efficient manner. They used runners over my carpets to prevent tracking of dirt. The job site, both inside and outside, was left clean and free of debris. The old equipment was hauled away. That’s why I’ve been with Keil for 20 years.
Mr. Yang is very professional and courteous.
Everything went well. The technician arrived at the appointment time and he wore a mask for anti-virus precaution. He was thorough in his maintenance and shared his professional advice about keeping the condenser clear of grass, leaves and debris, and periodically changing the unit filter, which he kindly did. Pleased with the experience, I signed up for Keil's annual maintenance plan.
John performed the annual maintenance on my air conditioning system. He is quite detail oriented. He left everything neat and clean and even offered helpful advice on various home issues.
Technician was careful to sanitize everything, which was greatly appreciated.

Worked quickly and was careful to work clean. Unfortunately he didn’t have the replacement air filter, so Keil will need to schedule another appointment.

Yoon is by far the best tech I have experienced with Keil. Not only was he professional and courteous, he exhibited knowledge Of his task and showed me exactly what he found wrong and followed up with how he would correct the situation. All this made the price worthwhile. In the future I want Yoon to be sent for my service. I anticipate service for AC in late spring or early summer, but Yoon must be the tech.

Called the Emergency number on Wednesday night. Received call back within an hour. By 8 AM Thursday morning, I received a call to schedule a service call. Tech was here by 12 noon on Thursday. Yoon was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had heat by 2 PM. Hoping this will get me through this winter and will be installing a new furnace and AC unit in the spring.
