The technician arrived within the time window given to me. He had a mask and put covers over his shoes when he was in the house. He worked efficiently in the basement and outside at the compressor. When he was finished he explained to me everything he had done. He also wiped down the door knobs and thermostat that he touched with antibacterial wipes; and he even asked me if I would like him to sign the iPad receipt for me so that I wouldn't have to touch it. He vwas very professional, very efficient and always does a great job in spring for my A/C and in fall for my heating system.
